基本要求：
1、平时有较为的空余时间，能保证第一时间拿到游戏ROM、ISO或者盘，以便参与各项任务。
2、要有足够的游戏经验，至少接触过3种以上的游戏主机，有较深的游戏资历，面对不同时期和类型的游戏能讲出自己的看法和观点。
3、做事情持之以恒，绝对不可半途而废，态度决定一切。
4、要有清晰的逻辑思维能力和基础的文字表达能力。
5、最关键的一点，对生活对梦想对游戏有爱，有热情，敢于挑战自己，尊重他人，学习他人，让自己变得更加强大。
