NIKO BELLIC

Niko Bellic，GTA IV的主角，是一名有着一段不堪回首的过去的东欧移民。为了告别黑暗的过去，Niko在他而立之年来到了自由城，追逐所谓的“美国梦”。Niko的这个决定完全受到他堂兄弟Roman的影响。Roman向Niko吹嘘在自由城里拥有2个情人，4个浴缸，15辆跑车。这样的生活对Niko来说无疑是有相当吸引力的。Niko听信了Roman的大话，怀着对未来美好生活的向往，登上了前往美国的小船。然而，很明显，Roman撒了谎，为了掩盖他破产的事实。实际情况是，Roman经营着一家濒临倒闭的出租车公司，债台高筑，而且来自自由城社会底层的各色各样的混混都在到处追杀他。

ROMAN BELLIC
Roman是Niko的堂兄弟，已经在自由城生活了15年。他是一个乐天主义、异想天开的人，也是个大骗子。他用虚假的承诺诱骗Niko来到了自由城。在游戏的一开始，Roman是主角唯一的朋友，也是发展剧情唯一的联系人。如果说Niko看起来是个四肢发达，头脑简单的角色，那么Roman更多的时候看起来只是个友好的丑角。他在Broker区的一个破败的修车厂经营着一家濒临倒闭的出租车公司，还在和一个叫Mallorie的女人约会。当主角和Roman的关系上升到某个程度时，他就会给主角提供一个开出租车谋生的机会。

LITTLE JACOB
